Salon & Spa Etiquette
For your visit, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow enough time to fill out a personal information form, consultation and change into spa attire. Arriving late for any service may require us to shorten the length of service. For the safety of your child, we ask that children not be allowed in the hairstyling area unless they are receiving services. Our guests expect a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Appointments exceeding $60 must be secured with a credit card or gift certificate number. Cancellation of services must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Packages require 48 hours advance cancellation notice. Credit cards or gift certificates may be debited 50% of your total bill if proper notification is not given. Gratuities are accepted on credit cards.

Our electronic gift cards are available throughout the year in any denomination and redeemable for both products and services. Cash refunds are not available on gift and retail cards.
