Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled by phone, or in person. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to ensure the best salon experience.
New Client Policy
All new color guests are required to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation prior to booking. This allows our team to discuss your hair goals, evaluate your hair's condition, determine the appropriate service timing, and provide an estimated price range.
Deposits
A deposit may be required for appointments exceeding two hours in length. Deposits reserve your appointment time and will be applied toward your service total.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid and may affect future booking availability.
Missed Appointment Policy
Clients who miss two or more scheduled appointments without notice may be required to provide a non-refundable deposit for future reservations. Additional missed appointments may result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact Salon Elite within 7 days of your appointment so we may evaluate and address your concerns. Requests made beyond the 7-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Our team provides personalized recommendations and professional services tailored to each guest. Results may vary based on hair type, condition, previous chemical services, and at-home maintenance.

Service pricing is subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, product usage, service complexity, and time required.
