We understand that emergencies happen, however we ask that you please provide us with 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedules and also to serve our clients on the waitlist.
For any NEW CLIENT or OMBRE/BALAYAGE appointment over 2 hours in length, we will require a deposit of $50. Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to appointment time will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. Deposits can be used for payment of services, or carry over to the next appointment.
New Client Policy
We require a complementary 15 minute consultation for any new color client. This allows us to discuss your hair goals as well as determine the proper amount of time for your service. An estimate of price can also be given at this time.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your services! If you are not completely satisfied, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your original appointment so that we may schedule to have your services corrected free of charge. Requests outside the 7 day window will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
